Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full completion of your service.

If driving, please allow extra time for parking. Street parking is metered and there is a garage next door and across the street.

We are metro accessible using McPherson Square (blue and orange) or Metro Center (red, blue, and orange).

Our services are a la carte. A blow-dry is not included in color only services. We will be more than happy to book one for you with a stylist or assistant, or you may blow-dry your own hair if desired.

When booking your appointment, please let reception know of any allergies or sensitivities so we can be fully prepared for your service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash as a form of payment. We are unable to add gratuity on credit or debit cards, and we accept this as cash or a personal check only.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on services rendered, however we will do everything we can to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied and we will correct any issues accordingly.


Your appointments are very important to us and the team members of one80 salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and appointment changes.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. In addition to our text message and email reminders, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply, going forward.

One80 Salon’s strict and enforced 24 hour cancellation policy:

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

“No shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. 

In the event that you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or you cancel a same day appointment, we will require a credit card to hold on file before we are able to re-book you another appointment. In case you were to no show or cancel same day again, we would automatically charge the card 50% of the services you had booked for the day.

One80 Salon late policy:

If you arrive 15 minutes past the start time of your confirmed appointment, we cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate you for your full service. We ask that you please give us a call if you anticipate running behind. We will do our best to accommodate you with your existing service that is scheduled, or come up with alternatives to satisfy your needs.

Confirmation calls:

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. In addition to this, one80 salon also conveniently offers text message and email reminders and confirmations for appointments, which you are able to opt in/out of. if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees.

Gratuity policy

Gratuities will only be accepted as cash or check. Any gratuity written in the form of a check must be written as a separate check made out to the stylist. Any and all gratuities will only be accepted at the front desk.


One80 Salon leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange or full refund.

This policy includes Kerastase & L’Oreal Professionel hair care products.

Team environment

One80 Salon cultivates a team environment where salon culture allows clients to see a different stylist without hesitation. Whether it is scheduling, pricing, or preference, we encourage our clients to see the stylist that best fits their needs.

Please note, One80 Salon maintains client files for color formulation and service history.
